Good questions

Can I join a course after it has started?

Yes, within the first two weeks if there is a seat. We pro-rate the price and give you a catch-up pack.

What if my level is between two groups?

Book a free 15-minute speaking check. Your teacher will recommend the best fit — and you can switch after the first lesson.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refund until 7 days before the start date; after that you can move to a later course for free.

Is the loft accessible?

Yes — step-free entrance, a lift to all floors and an accessible toilet on the second floor.

Can my employer pay?

Absolutely. We send invoices to companies and are registered with the CRKBO, so courses are VAT-exempt for businesses.
